Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All subscription fees for EarTuna, operated by Code Takova Ltd., are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features or content
- Early cancellation of your subscription
- Changes in your personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with the Service
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amount, unauthorized charges), please contact us immediately at support@eartuna.com.
We will investigate all billing error claims within 7 business days. If we determine that an error occurred, we will process a refund for the incorrect charge.
To dispute a charge, please provide:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of the charge
- Description of the issue
- Any relevant transaction IDs or receipts
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@eartuna.com before requesting a refund.
We will work with you to resolve technical problems. In rare cases where we cannot resolve a service-blocking issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
- Extension of your subscription period
- Account credit for future use
- In exceptional circumstances, a refund
Such accommodations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Free Trial Period
If we offer a free trial period in the future, you may cancel during the trial without being charged. Once the trial period ends and billing begins, the no-refund policy applies.
6. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To cancel:
- Log in to your EarTuna account
- Navigate to your account settings or subscription management page
- Follow the cancellation instructions

After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal if you do not wish to continue.
We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
8. Account Termination
If we terminate or suspend your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.
10. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not allow for the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
For users in the European Union or other jurisdictions with consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights to cancel or receive refunds under local law.
11. Changes to This Policy
11.1 Notification of Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new policy takes effect.
