How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your EarTuna account and all associated data:

1. Log into your EarTuna account at eartuna.com
2. Navigate to your Profile/Settings page
3. Click the “Delete Account” button
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your EarTuna account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• All training progress and drill history
• Your OAuth connections
• Any active subscription (will be canceled)
• All user-specific settings and preferences

Note: Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use EarTuna again.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized usage statistics for up to 90 days for analytical purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
